Enjoy  Your  Seminar

Skyline Agility Club wants all seminar participants and their dogs to enjoy their day and receive value for their dollars.  We hope that the following information and suggestions help everyone to achieve that.

  1. A light breakfast will be provided at approx. 8.30 to 9a.m.  Lunch is approximately 12.30 to 1.30pm.  Typically, sandwiches, soup, pizza etc.
  2. The Training Center is heated to a low level.  Wear lots of layers.  Auditors may even want to bring a thin pair of gloves.
  3. Allow your dog to have “down time” between exercises.  Bring a crate and your usual training aids.
  4. Chairs are available but you may wish to bring your own, more comfy one.
  5. Exercise your dog in the designated area.  We are a “Carry In – Carry Out” facility.  Please leave poop by your car and take it home.  Under no circumstances may you use any dumpster.
  6. The instructor is there to help EVERYONE.  Feel free to ask questions, but try not to be a monopolizer.
  7. The instructor needs breaks too.  Please do not expect them to watch your dog practice during break and set up times.
  8. Bitches in heat.  Sorry, but we cannot permit bitches in heat at seminars.  The standard refund policy will be effective.
  9. Auditors.  As an auditor you are encouraged to observe and participate in question and answer sessions.  Bring pen & paper.  Our space is limited and you are requested NOT to bring a dog.  If attending a day when you are working for ˝ a day and auditing 1/2., please bring a crate.  Noisy dogs will be requested to be crated in the back room.  Auditors dogs should not be on the training floor or equipment at ANY time.
